OKLAHOMA CITY (NEWSnet/AP) — Oklahoma City police called to a home on the city’s southwest side Monday found the bodies of five people, including at least two children, authorities said.

All five had injuries consistent with homicide, police Sgt. Gary Knight said.

“This wasn’t a carbon monoxide situation or anything like that,” Knight said. “These are five people who were killed.”

A man and woman were among those who were found dead, but Knight said the gender and ages are not determined.

After the deaths were confirmed, investigators obtained a search warrant to enter the home and examine evidence.
