The high school varsity track and field athletes and teams in Northern Michigan are continuing to make final preparations for the regionals.

They all are hoping to pull out their best performances, and vy for a spot in the states.  The Glen Lake Boys have a number of strong competitors in sprinting and jumping.  They are a very young team, but they are looking to hit it big, and eventually going up against the best in the state.

The Glen Lake girls varsity track and field members have done well in the past.  In the last couple of years, the Lakers have made the states in sprinting.  Their relay teams are strong, and they are expected to repeat the success, and even do better.
