Sault Ste. Marie Police are currently investigating a fatal crash from earlier this month involving a motor home.

On January 6th around 10:55 p.m., Sault Ste. Marie Police Department officers responded to a crash involving a motor home and bicyclist on 3 Mile Road near Ashmun Street.

When they arrived, officers found 56-year-old bicyclist Laurence Michael Miller, of Sault Ste. Marie, seriously injured.

The Sault Ste. Marie Fire Department transported Miller to the MyMichigan Health Hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.

The crash is being investigated by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Department and Michigan State Police.
