11 People Stabbed, Police take Suspect from Bike to Jail

ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico -- A man on a bike was traveling around downtown and the southeast part of the city Sunday, stabbing people believed to be strangers. 

Police arrested a man they suspect attacked random people at up to seven locations before they took him into custody.

The reports started to roll in just after 11 a.m. and continued for hours. 

Police said the suspect rode a BMX bike and was armed with a large knife.

The victims were taken to several hospitals. Two were critically injured. Others were released after being treated. Everyone is reportedly in stable condition.
